I’m the health-conscious trainer & traveler behind The Wellness Adventurer. 
I help busy women, just like you, simplify wellness – without sacrificing all your time, energy, and sanity – so that you can live your best & healthiest life no matter where you are in the world. All with a side of rosy complexion.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Certified Travel Advisor passionate about sharing the word of wellness in a balanced & truly maintainable (& fun!) way.

I know how hard it can be to find a balanced routine. You see, I used to work out to the extreme at home.

HIIT workouts every single day of the week.
A full blast of a pre-workout drink before each workout.
Very few hours of sleep so I could wake up at the break of dawn to get in my workout (and still go to bed late).

It got to the point where I could have a cup of regular coffee (or two) immediately before bed… and I didn’t notice a thing. My body was THAT exhausted.

I started gaining weight.
Could no longer complete my full workouts.
Got dizzy and lightheaded during most exercises.
Pulled several different muscles.
I even lost my feminine cycle (a tale-tell sign of poor health).

I learned through all this, that yes, of course, you can workout at home & do it quite effectively, but you also need to find your personal BALANCE in the process.

Life is more than just sticking nonstop to some unrealistic, strict regimen… you need to find balance in order to stay happy, sane, and healthy!

That’s when I really got into total wellness and not just working out to be physically fit.

It’s easy to overwork yourself, even at home.
And it’s just as easy to workout at home the RIGHT way. 

I slowly found my way back to health and I’m here to help you avoid what all I suffered through and to find your true wellness in a maintainable & balanced way without sacrificing all your time, energy, and sanity.

So that’s why I’m here. I’m here to help you take control of your wellness the RIGHT way – without burnout & and from anywhere.

I’m a cat-mom of two, a lover of all-things-nature, active & adventure buff, and I’ve also been known to bust out in musical numbers on the regular (although my husband thinks I’m crazy for it 😉
